Far too often, men’s issues are reduced to feminist platitudes of “men just need to open up more”, but the author of this paper looks more into deeper societal reasons for it. It's worth pointing out that this paper does not invalidate the issues men have with "opening up". The discussion shows that men indeed have trouble with talking about their own problems.
