2	Therapy Therapy probably could be very beneficial to a lot of people, especially CBT. However, ime therapy didn't do much for me at all though it was for adhd and was required to recieve medications so maybe I just wasn't interested in it. It also was mainly aimed at how to be productive and stay attentive rather than talking about my feelings and emotions.
