452	I appreciate FDS for being one of the few places to actually be FEMALE ONLY My industry is only 4% female. There’s an organization that’s been around for a long time called “women in (industry)”. They faced a bunch of backlash and now it’s all inclusive and its presidents are all men and programs for career advancement are now all open to men and they aren’t allowed to discriminate based on sex.
