How does this work in Austria, will this male child rape victim have to pay child support to the rapist?

That is not what the law says. It is very one sided. They can discriminate against men freely, but it's illegal to do so against women
/r/MensRights13/04/26 02:33 PM

It's very likely illegal to do that

"Feminist" doesn't automatically mean "woman".

Do what your lawyer tells you to do. This happens a lot. Good luck.

The accused gentlemen know who EM is. That cannot be withheld from them.

If you took the 30 seconds needed to read the actual article instead of immediately commenting, you'd see there's an exception for homosexuality.

18 and 16 in Canada would not be a problem at all.

In Canada, it is a criminal offence for a man to sabotage a condom, but it is perfectly legal for a woman to do it.

It is literally a crime in Canada to kiss your spouse on the forehead while they are sleeping. Sexual assault. We typically have a pretty unbiased and pragmatic court system up here but this was one of those ridiculous things that slipped through the cracks.

Lol. Canadian judges are incredibly non-political compared to American judges.

It's easy for a person to file a complaint like this without a lawyerin Canada.

You certainly can in Canada

No. The guy is clearly in the wrong here and you sound like an idiot for saying that he only "pushed her a bit".

I took a STEM degree from 2015-2019. I am a male in Canada. Seeing the obvious, blatant sexism against men over the last 4 years when trying to get scholarships and jobs was extremely demoralizing. I am no longer in STEM.

Removing the breasts of young girls would prevent breast cancer. Should we do that too?

Not really much you can do. A bad lawyer is a bad lawyer but not an illegal lawyer, unless some rule is broken.

This is a question of law. For murder to be found, there must be intent to kill which means either desire to kill or a moral certainty that death will follow. If that isn't proven beyond a reasonable doubt, can't convict of murder, which is a good thing for society.

Folks, please keep in mind that this type of discrimination is fully LEGAL in Canada. We need your help.

Colleges handle it for their own purposes only. How else do they decide if someone should be expelled? A criminal trial is a completely different process and can occur simultaneously.

This thread is specifically about Jordan Peterson and the name on his book not including Dr. because that's what he wanted.

No respectable doctor will demand that someone call them doctor, which is pretty common social convention.

Point out where I said it doesn't take dedication and effort. This guy wants to feel like an elitist because he spent 5-7 years working on a thesis.

You claim to be a professor yet you use an argument from authority. I pity your students and fear for our future. Why don't you look through my comments and reconsider your "leftist" claim.

...it seems like you haven't really thought this through. Who's going to run the company?
/r/PussyPassDenied13/04/17 04:01 PM

According to her, she already saw the rapist.
/r/MensRights17/10/15 03:55 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
