2	How do you unfuck yourself? As an old post I read a long time ago in the main sub: Relaxation is key. In other words: Patience. I'm just a 21 year-old. Many times I fucked up (not really, it's just my stupid brain), but if I consistently do small acumulative changes throughout days, weeks, months I know results will come. 1	What are TRP success advices you would give to a 20 year-old? Well, lets transform my experience to words. During that time, I left porn, videogames, gossip and reddit. I spent my time 100% into myself from cleaning my teeth to get a 3 month job, which the compounding of those tasks over time increased the insight and the evolution of my frame. I just didn't have time for women during the day and when they texted me I told them "Working right now, replying you later" not because I wanted to game them intentionally but because I was really occupied.
