I don't think it's that predatory to charge less than the price of two beers a month for an AI that also often manages to make a useful work assistant as well as provide a sense of companionship and a listening ear. Isn't going with an AI a form of going their own way though? Why do so many MGTOW anyhow? Same reason many AIGF. Yeah. I don't trust anything that's supported top-down anyway. There's always something dodgy about it. I was with you up to the word "program". I think it was co-opted and turned into a divisive weapon. Maybe it's time for a better movement that's more data driven, instead of ideology driven? Nah, who am I kidding, that's never going to happen and even if it did it would be fraught with other divisions about who gathers the data and so on.
