I tried most of the well known stuff. A lifetime of pinning and testicle atrophy would suck but if it would make me feel better it would be worth it

it truly sucks. there is this stigma on testosterone while someone could go ask for a gender change and get better results.. I am going with my plan of severely restricting my calories and fats pre-blood test, no sleep the night before and taking it latter in the day. If the values are in the lower range than maybe, MAYBE, she will do something about it, if not, I am going to try an anti-aging clinic.

I have tried some of the well known test-boosting supplements and was taking Zinc, Magnesium, vitamin d3 and fish oil WHEN I took the test. I did most of the stuff I can do naturally but it did not work. I lift heavy, well heavy for me atleast since after a year of training and even bulking I still can not bench press 50kg for reps at a bodyweight of 80kg. I need naps in the middle of the day and I still feel this tiredness and mental fog? not sure how to explain it. My nutrition has been mostly…

I saw 2 doctors already, one just looked at the values, saw that they were in the lab range and concluded that I am perfectly fine. Second doctor was better and gave me vitamin C and sleeping pills. She did tell me to recheck in a month and thats what I will do thus came my thought of naturally lowering my test levels pre-blood test.
