2	In pieces That’s great advice, thank you, if I react in anger in any way I’m going to lose, I sense it from her and basically don’t trust her to not use anything at all against me, I feel sometimes I’m being goaded by her, it’s horrible and unthinkable to accept that the person you gave everything to do could that but such is life isn’t it, it’s inspiring that you’ve come out the other side. it’s not reacting to her shit is key, thank you again for your time man	/r/Divorce_Men	31/12/23 02:23 PM
2	In pieces Thanks so much for the reply, glad to hear things got better for you, can I ask in terms of communication with your ex, did you come to a verbal arrangement, basically I want to tell her to stop communication with me only if it’s to do with our child and basically stop sending me patronising bullshit, not in those exact words but I need to draw a boundary with her as it’s really fing me up how she randomly sends me messages and need to shut that down but wondering what would your advice be there…	/r/Divorce_Men	31/12/23 12:53 PM
