So, with any random person you talk to out of nowhere, you'll need to have a legitimate reason for talking to them (thinking they're cute isn't usually a good enough reason) and you'll need to make sure that you convey what your reason is to the person before you really talk to them. Why not just literally tell her that that's what you like? If she knows, and is receptive because the conversation is already sexual or flirtatious then she'll probably do it, but either way it's better to just be upfront instead of trying to manipulate

Okay well staring at someone from a distance is incredibly creepy if you don't make eye contact so please if you notice someone is looking at you and you want to talk to them, just go up to them and do it instead of silently staring at them like some sort of predator
