I agree. Also one has to get desensitized to talking to pretty women. Talk to girls as you would talk to dudes - therein lies the secret of 'flirting'.

I would like you to post it too. As a 'recovering introvert' I feel that if you try to use typical extrovert moves (i.e. basically "act out of character"), people are going to react negatively and feel uncomfortable. Nothing is worse at making things awkward than acting out of character A lot of introverted guys do this. They're shy and quiet 80% of the time, and in the 20% they act super-extroverted, like really over-extroverted in trying to catch the attention of women. This is really weird an…

The sting of not approaching oddly enough is worse than the sting of rejection. Once you face that fact you will be golden. Think of how shitty you feel after not talking to her. Stop living your life of "what ifs" Exactly. Even if you have a 90% probability of getting rejected, you have nothing to lose by approaching. By not approaching you make the probability a fact. And rejections don't hurt anything more than the ego.

Ofcourse. Being skinny is better than being fat, but being muscular does make a huge difference - girls notice that straight away and get turned on from your first interaction. Having a lean muscular body (esp. abs and pecs) are the equivalent of big boobs for men.

Eye contact, stare at her lips and see if she reciprocates. Also, don't talk about topics like the price of houses in London. Those are not fun conversation topics for girls. It kills off any sexual tension whatsoever.

Also: atleast half of the people you casually talk to will not respond much. This is natural since they may not like talking about something at that particular time. It shouldn't be taken too personal.

You could talk about something in the immediate vicinity of both you people. If she does not bite, leave her and go for another one. Too many fish in the sea. Heck, many dudes wouldn't always want to talk about something with you - either for a lack of interest or time. Its not any different with women. Learn to not take it personally, that us the best way to overcome approach anxiety.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
