1	Rant: Unable to relate to my Dad Ya me too man. My dad is an emotional mess yet still convinced that he is right about everything and accountable for nothing. He's not as bad as the typical boomer, but the solipsism is off the charts. I gave up trying to explain myself to him a long time ago. 1	An arrogant yet somehow truthful Radio advert I heard I had a buddy who spent 5 grand on an engagement ring, and he was only an apprentice tradesman. Literally slaved away for hundreds of hours to buy a girl some jewellery. One day during one of her usual tantrums she hit him and the diamond got knocked out of the ring. 1	How to get your first Passport! MGTOW TRAVEL It sure is nice to be able to travel but I often feel like a prisoner going through some internment camp when I'm going through airports and customs. I'll never travel to the states again, they are the worst, though I know they do it on purpose to dehumanize/demoralize people. 1	How do you guys handle the attention you get from women/ women hitting on you? I can't help but flirt back and get myself into something I later regret. I'm pretty weak in that way so I just try to limit the chances I will be in that position in the first place. That doesn't help you though, hah. If you are vain about your appearance and physique, that ain't gonna help you. 1	Fitness & Diet Motivation? I switched my diet as a matter of neccessity. Years of feeling like shit and thinking I was slowly dying just got old. I switched to a low carb mostly carnivore diet and quit caffine and I feel so much better that I can't even think of going back to my old ways. I still binge here and there on junk food but it doesn't mess up me much. The other thing is that food is generally a pain in the ass if you ask me. 1	So I don’t feel joy in playing video games anymore I got rid of my high end gaming pc and laptop a few years ago. It was a relief. At some point I want to drop all electronics and internet for a few years to totally detox.
