If your schedule allows it, get a dog and talk to people while walking him. If you do not have much time, adopt a dog with 2-3 years minimum so he does not need to go out that much as a puppy does.

Do you want to know how I deal with my previous Oneitis? I told her straight this "You still hold power over me and I don't want to be a slave of anyone, I'm not meeting you until that changes" And I blocked her and life a happy life while I develop myself on Red Pill Thought. Maybe someday I can talk her again and even plate her without giving up the abundance mentality, but until I'm sure I will not revert back to Beta around her I will not even talk to her

You are being used, the more you concede the worse you will end when she finally kick you out. You are not being as leashed as she wanted so after enough time a BB will take your place, maybe even while she is still with you in a relationship.
