-2	Don't Get Married Most of the excuses you gave are a bit strange, considering it’d be impossible for the woman to prove most of the scenarios you used as examples. 1	Don't Get Married The judge can toss out a prenup if the wife proves it was signed under duress. That sounds like common sense to me. There should be adequate time for both parties to ensure everything in the prenup is in order. Did you know that even if lawyers were present at the prenuptial signings, it's considered under duress if you paid for her lawyer?
