My wife (fiancee at the time) and I split rent and other expenses 50/50 while we were in law school. There were periods of that one of us made significantly more than the other. Now that we are married and I make around double, we split based on income (~66/33%). I think this is equitable, but I would not have agreed to it prior to marriage.

It's incredible how much of blue pill/leftist discourse is just them pretending not to understand counterpoints.

We tried to and you all cried endlessly for months about how racist (or some shit) we were because of it. Were doing it anyway, mind you, considering Euro opinions don't really matter. But glad we're all on the same page.

I'm all for divorce too, it's a great tool for men/women to get out of bad situations. But when the effect is as devastating as it is to most men, I can promise you most are making a very careful assessment of their partners. It's an inevitability that increased risk of divorce translates to lower chance for marriage. And to counter the inevitable response, just because a certain segment of women ~26-32 have decided marriage isn't for them doesn't mean women as a whole don't desire marriage. The…

Sure, if you ignore the whole objectively higher divorce rate that it spells, higher chance to acquire sexual trauma/baggage, and higher chance to acquire STDs/unwanted pregnancy then yes it's 100% OK. In other words, it's cope. Just because you slept around and turned out happy doesn't mean the same happens for most people, objectively speaking.

Ok, so, you're half right - but not where it counts. The stimulus payments are a tax credit but are NOT a tax credit that offsets a refund amount. It is structured as a credit that is allowed or disallowed based on gross income and can be claimed as an advance (why checks were sent out). Claiming a stimulus check when you are eligible is net-neutral on a tax return as the payment neither counts towards gross income or refund amount. It is simply a credit that can be claimed if eligible in advanc…

The check is actually just money, its doesn't come from your tax refund - it's just money. You may be confusing this with the credit you can claim for NOT receiving a check (when elligble) on your 2020 return.

As someone who works in financial advising, I always go against this line when I see it. Not having a mortgage on a property is one of the worst things you can possibly do. This is not to say that you need to mortgage the entire property value, but not having one at all is an extremely risky prospect. Having a mortgage on a property is a (decently) cheap insurance policy against financial hard times as well as disasters in your personal life. To illustrate this, I'll give an example: Imagine you…

Eh, it's personal preference. I prefer 4k over 2k - I'm a texture integrity nerd and 4k makes it look a hell of a lot better IMO.

No, I do - I trade options mainly. In my experience with clients however, the vast majority of self-proclaimed 'day traders' would do far better investing in long term assets with high yield and regular dividends. Now, if you know your shit you can make a killing day trading. But I don't know the above poster - which is why I recommend ETFs to protect his gains.

Gotcha. I always gotta look out for people doing that. You have no idea how many clients I see that have 75%+ in crypto right now 'because it's doing better than the market'. Can't win them all though

Save it or buy etfs/mutuals. Better returns overall with less swing, crypto will crash through the floor when quarantine ends - all these day traders that started in March will take profits

I never wanted to do it - then my dad basically forced me to. I don't think I'd be able to live with myself if I didn't finish it.

Watch that wire management man. The wire looping around the front outside can probably be tucked under and behind, and same with the ones bottom right. With the static cpu fan you really have to watch that shit because if the wires deviate and fuck the fan up, your cpu burns out. Looks dope otherwise though, love the look of the card

Hey man just a heads up, WD Blue SSDs are marginally worse than Samsung EVO drives which are about the same price point. Consider those in the future as you expand, they are much better.
