I just always felt given that women are in some ways more mental than physical with respect to sex (ie my wife can get in the mood if i give her a days notice) then her mindset dominates her action and needs to shift for things yo improve. Essentially she doesnt want to be a more sexual person, so she'll respond somehwhat to me but there is resistance and lack of eager emthusiasm.
