Probably. I had a free legal consult and the lawyer said I should avoid at all costs. In my state I would need to prove that habitability was negatively impacted, and evictions are 3 days.

Wtf is happening to my lights? Landlord has refused for months to send anyone out, I've put in dozens of maintenance requests and documented every painstaking detail. Electrical issues throughout unit. they told me they'd let me out of lease with half the monetary policy dictated by lease. playing hard ball and will make it a big issue for them if they don't give in, fucking ridiculous. For any wandering men out there in their 20s, take the plunge and date a Catholic girl. Get back into organized religion if it's something you've strayed from. In the past both my long term girlfriends had been raised Catholic and believed in God, but did not regularly practice. I am for the first time dating a staunch Catholic, waiting for marriage, the whole deal - and it's really, really nice to not feel insecure about the past - both with myself and the women I dated at the time.

Good question. TBF it's gray. I'd say deliberately getting someone off would make you not a virgin, but that's my opinion. Others are quite literal and say only PIV. There are some who say PIV with a condom doesn't count - to me that's egregious.

3 To answer your follow up question, IMO any direct contact should be included. intent matters but in general I'd say doing something because it feels good and particularly if there is manual and/or oral stimulation, those definitely count. You'll see men overcounting this and women undercounting

Anyone ever successfully negotiated an amended (earlier) lease end date with a mgmt company?
