I was injured and medically chaptered out after 1 year of service. Most marriages I saw were started for BAH and ended for alimony. No, alimony is calculated based on each spouse's income and expenses. If children are involved then child support is used as well. Alimony is strictly (in my state at least) support for the spouse. There are few but growing numbers of male recipients of alimony. However, alimony was designed for women, so the vast majority of recipients are women.

Well, that's a catch 22 you're describing. They can't get "evidence" unless they find the guy, but they can't enter the house without evidence? Anyone wanting to legalize rape is not an MRA. We find rape to be an abhorrent crime that isn't punished nearly enough. However, false rape accusations are rampant especially on college campuses and in the military. I've worked retail for 6 or 7 years and at literally every place have been told not to chase shoplifters. First year torts taught us why: it's because of the massive lawsuits that the shoplifters can bring on the store for all kinds of shit. I'm surprised more people don't know this.

We all agree for truly equal rights. I for one wish there were a more universal term for us.
