Yep, when I was young and curious. Also hired an escort more recently for an exes birthday. Was fine but not something I'd rush out to do again. I've been attracted to women's personality, but it's always lesbians with a very "male" energy.

You guys are so paranoid

Possessive is good, paranoid and insecure is not. A lot of guys don't understand the difference.

I have a friend who was raised with the ALWAYS bring a gift rule. Even if she's just coming over to have a wine and watch TV, she'll always bring me something little and I think it's so thoughtful. It's usually something cheap/free she had lying around - a cutting off a houseplant, a slice of the cake she made yesterday, an old book she was going to get rid of but thought I'd like. I'm trying to get into the habit of doing the same.

Does for me. If my guy comes home all happy and high energy I'll feel better. Goes the other way too. It's not a man or woman thing, having an impact on each other's moods is just a human thing.

No, it's just annoying to be around people in a bad mood.

Why would he tell you? I was cheated on once when I was young and he came out and told me. My dad told me that men will only own up to cheating if they want an excuse to end the relationship, or to selfishly alleviate their conscience at your expense. Over the years I've found that to be very accurate. This noble "you deserve the truth" thing is total BS imo.

Depends on age and maturity, and whether you've seen them handle stress. If you're past your mid-20s and mentally stable, I think you can know very quickly.

I agree. As long as you've seen them in a crisis I think that's all the info you need. Some people fall apart and turn on their partners when things go wrong, others protect the relationship.

Yes, I think most people sleep around when they're young and then grow out if it. I think young people are getting less promiscuous and more neurotic, though. I'm mid 30s, and most of my friends have a count of 30-50. My guy is genX and is well into triple digits. I think in the 90s/00s we partied more and didn't live in our phones. Guys knew how to flirt. It's all weird mechanical robodating now.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
