Why is this thread still up as an announcement. Do you know how long the admins have been waiting for an excuse to close this subreddit? All the knowledge and wisdom here will be lost. This is just dumb. And just as a warning steroids can fuck you up mentally in the long term because your hormones play a big part in your mental state and you're permanently altering yours . Both Bruce Jenner and Charlie Sheen were taking lots of steroids in their younger days

I've never had any women in my life to be nice to in order to get sex in return but I'm nice to other guys because I expect things in return from them or I need them on my side. And I usually get it. I'm nice to most people because I think there's something to gain from it. I avoid being mean to people because I worry about possible negative consequences in the future. oh that's what you meant, lol. I'm very cautious and careful when it comes to that sort of stuff. I would never let anyone find it. For some reason I just tend to retain more knowledge when i read things on paper vs on a screen.

yeah it's really like a self perpetuating cycle. The reason I became so depressed in the first place is because of how lonely and socially isolated I was in large part due to having aspergers. I wanted friends and women so badly but no one wanted anything to do with me and I didn't know why. I've been lifting weights on and off for the last 10 years. That's the easy part for me. I can do that without even thinking about it or changing my life. It's learning the theory that's going to be the challenge for me.

I wasn't expecting anyone to find that for me but just to point me in the right direction of the best way of getting that would be. I think I may have already found what I should do. I'm going to sort out the front page so that only red pill theory posts show up in order from most voted of all time and then just print out as many of them as I can. I also found theredpill book which also looks like it has a lot of what I'm looking for
