Yeah, no shit. I actually care about our kids and would do anything to spend more time with them and be a secure stable parent in their life. She sees our kids as a paycheck, therefore she is fighting against 50/50 custody, she drops them off at daycare all day, blew up our family and separated me from the kids so she could take new cheating dick. Of course being a sociopath is easier on you psychologically; and I'm sure she'll call me that too

I agree with everything you said. Unfortunately, a restraining order is easily obtained based on lies alone. When I asked what the evidence was that got a restraining order put against me and my 1mo daughter for several months, my lawyer informed me that my stbew's testimony was the evidence, and that alone was more than enough evidence. Surprisingly, my stbew suddenly recanted her previous allegation that she was afraid for her and our kids lives, and didn't ask the court to renew her restraini…

Oh, yeah, the ss felt tons of guilt, huh? Do you think the IDF will feel a similar amount of guilt for what they've done in Palestine? Either topic is not really a topic relevant to the conversation imo. To answer your question, women should feel guilt about blowing up their families and harming their children when they file for divorce. Therefore, unless they're psychopaths, I'm sure they do feel it one way or another. Many of them end up alone, getting ran through but unable to keep a decent m…

We're in the same boat. She just keeps dragging it out and being selfish. Forcing us to go to trial. Refusing to accept 50/50 custody. So petty and tiresome. I'm 100% certain once the papers are signed, we'll feel a million times better

Uh, I think you need to do anything within your power to get a lawyer to represent you, bud. Taking out loans, selling stuff, getting another job, anything. Trying to find free representation, as unlikely as that might be as a man. Anything. Even a terrible attorney. These court hearings are going to affect you the rest of your life, and I don't know if kids are involved, but that would be much more concerning too

If you have no kids, you're golden. Maybe get the divorce over with and start the process; gather evidence of cheating. Stay no contact, and focus on work and hitting the gym. I wouldn't try to date yet. Time will heal those wounds like nothing. Sucks about your dogs, maybe get a new one

What are you talking about, dude? That's your "best friend" who solemnly swore to be loyal and faithful until death, regardless of what happens. Are you alledging that your pure angelic bride would get up in court, and have no problem at all committing purjury or breaking the Lord's commandment not to bear false witness? Ridiculous, nobody would ever believe that. We all know you're abusive, alcoholic, wife beating, philandering, narcissistic scum. /S The best advice I can give is that she is %1…

It doesn't matter. Nothing you do matters. The system is entirely rigged against men. We need to burn the entire family court system and the feminist deluth model to the ground. The judges oppressing us and our kids should be in prison, if we're merciful about it. We know you didn't abuse anybody, bro. Did they throw you in jail, take your guns, give your girl (who probably cheated on you) all of your personal property, put a restraining order on your against your own home and kids, and start a …

We're all "narcissists" according to dysfunctional divorce women. In reality, modern women are narcissists. The main proof is that psychological projection (aka calling others what you yourself are) is like the #1 symptom of narcissism, not to mention their other behavior. I don't think complying, submitting, and cooperating are going to make her stop calling you a narcissist or stop making your life miserable with divorce. She's a pos. What you need to do is entirely ignore her and move on with…

It's agony. It's total bullshit. When our exes filed for divorce, they stole half the time we get to spend with our kids, and half the time our kids get to spend with their father. That's like taking half of the parental love they'll experience in life. In addition to all the damage and risks divorce does to kids. It's not like they care or the courts do either. "Best interest of the child" is a joke. If our exes actually cared about the kids, they would feel equally agonized by being away from …

No offense, but your problem is quite enviable. Don't let it get to you too much. I see what youre saying though. It would make me angry to no end to have that money threatened by my "best friend who solemnly swore to have my back and treat me well until death"; especially considering the amount and where it came from. When I think of all the money and everything else I lost through divorce, it helps to think about the guys who lost a lot more than I ever will and didn't let it dismay them. Jeff…

My first baby momma was diagnosed with BPD. She has serious issues. I made efforts to be part of our kids life, but she would randomly go berserk to the point that I could not be around the situation. We weren't married. I contacted lawyers about fighting for my parental rights; it was simply too much money that I didn't have because I was young and poor. Also, it wouldve been a fortune spent to further involve myself with a personality disordered crazy person. I hated her so much I had to leave…

I would leave the relationship. The henpecking and fighting doesn't get better. If you're losing control and getting angry, she could use it in court or to have you arrested. You don't want to end up with an injunction against your home or your kids. You dont need to live like that anyways

I'm more worried about my kids getting molested by a predator than feeling angry, sad and jealous

No more Mr Nice guy is a great book. The wisdom in that book has never let me down. It inspired me to travel around the world, bang numerous women, not tolerate their mistreatment, or accept mistreatment from anybody. I even corresponded with the author, and he's such an amazing guy. The ideas he wrote are probably why I'm screwed now and getting divorced; because I wouldn't let myself get beaten into one of these exploitative degrading situations. My divorce is awful but it's a lot better than …

I just got done with 2 sessions of meditation. The first one was very productive, and landed me in a much better position. I hoped the 2nd one would resolve the whole divorce process. Instead, she decided to be super difficult, unfair and selfish forcing me to proceed to trial. I am still reeling with disappointment and frustration from that second session; I can't even believe someone could be such a terrible person, let alone the mother of my kids. At least I'm still in the improved position f…

It seems to be the path they're trying to make normal these days. That's what these devils want a normal family to look like; fatherless

You and me both brother. Ruined my little kids too. I think you have a healthy outlook about the situation
