I'm with you. It's usually more pragmatic, and people feel assured seeing others acting in moderation. But I prefer to have my fill, with whatever it might be.

Oh yeahhh, I actually experienced this a few months ago with someone lol. I think it sets off spidey senses because people want to avoid toxic jerks. It's true probably every bully/tyrant on earth has high desire for ego validation as a common trait. But don't the overwhelming majority of successful people anywhere share it as well? People don't like seeing how the sausage is made.
