Why do I feel so down? I honestly don't know. I usually remember some really bad shit from the past or thinking the future where I'm heading or my present condition and I end up that way. I get what you're saying. I believe in a version of that. It's something Elliott Hulse mentioned called "Hero's Journey". It's where like in the children's books you follow the journey of hero, in tragedy ,growth and enjoyment. In this you're the hero.

I cut down process food to just <5 meals per week. Other than that I mostly eat veggies , rice ,pulses and eggs. Would it count as eating clean ? I will get tested for allergies right away. On this topic , 2 weeks ago, some of my liver tests came back negative and some my doctor tried to rectify this by some medicines for liver.

I want to be someone who's not defined or changed by past. Yeah I read Michael's story. It kinda looks similar to mine. He was trying to achieve a life society promised to him. His actions were dictated by his environment. He broke out of it tho. But think I still have a long was to go. I'll read NMMNG up. I don't know what I want. I guess For now I just want to be normal.

Took medication for a while. How did you get off it? I've been taking antidepressants for a while now and they are completely fucking up my libdo. I have 0 sex drive rn. Most your communication is non verbal. People generally remember how you made them feel. So this does leave huge impact as they'll remember how you made them laugh or how you made them feel special. First help them understand that they are in problem. How much do you think you can help your brother if he won't admit that durgs and alcohol are ruining his life. He'll just resent you for it while doing that shit. As for other problems you can only show your family a path, but you can't guide them through it.
