Just post pics of you out and about or cool stuff you did/ saw. Maybe once every 2 weeks or a month. Be in pics with groups of people most of the time, and some by yourself (like a gym pic). Don’t worry too much about following count, just enjoy it, and follow redpill stuff on a spam/ separate account.

Was 220lbs a little after I started dating her. We went out more, gym less, you know. Got to 238 right before covid, then covid happened. Got to 260 in July, gyms reopened shortly before. Crap diet, poor mental health, and getting covid last month kept me at 250 for months. Was 250lbs the other day, shot up to 257lbs in the past week, even after eating my macros. Water weight I presumed. Down to 254lbs today. I will be seeing 220lbs by June.

She will be out of town, in fact, out of state when this goes down. I’ll have 3 days to get a police report, get the landlord to agree, and to move stuff out. I plan on getting a restraining order if anything gets ugly. Last time I moved out it lasted 3 days before she wanted me back. Her mom is stable, so she will calm her down. I

Back to more and better gym gains. A healthier lifestyle again. Back down to my goal of 220lbs, just with more muscle this time 😁 Also more time for family and friends.

I am being very subtle. I can lie straight to her face as well. I am also very calm. I have informed my brother and my parents. I will be informing my best friend in case as well, as these individuals have all been updated on everything and all have told me to leave even before signing papers for this apartment.

She’ll be out of town. That would be perfect once I have everything out. Text or a letter at the house with a notary letting her know tho have stuff out by a foreseen date that the landlord and I agree upon.

The sex is incredible. Uses it as a currency though, which is annoying. stopped sleeping with me recently because I looked at her friends big ass as she walked by (just a quick glance, no staring). Accused it of cheating, so no sex. I replied to her threat of no sex with: “I am going to the brothel I have scheduled for 7pm whether you like it or not!”

I’ve tried dropping her a few times, I always went back. Whether it was threats of suicide, going to see a counselor (only saw 1 for 30mins ONCE), or pleading (negotiating desire), I always fell for it. Not this time. My brother lives 10 mins away and wants me to live with him and workout everyday, so a win win for me.

My whole family knows, and a few are helping me move my things. She will be gone for a few days, my stuff will be out in 2 hours max. I have enough video of everything like pushing, taking my things, throwing things, screaming, disrespect. Unfortunately no video or photo of her hitting me in the back of the head. I’ll be cleaning up, then recording the whole apartment in case she comes back and damages anything and tries to come after me with the landlord. I’ll check it out, thank you.

I have the patience of a saint, it’s also why I’ve been in this for this relationship for so long. I grew up in a household where hitting is not an option - she unfortunately grew up in a very opposite house.
