Thanks for the post it cements the though i am playing with. Where one action/opinion/behavior can only be framed as either Alpha or Beta. I believe a spectrum does exist between the poles.

Mentality Seeing things in a grayscale. Specifically gym, work and places of study are areas of WIP (Work In Progress). So who gives a fuck if you messed up here or there. It is simply a means to a direction.
