To each their own. I simply said what was true for me. I don’t know your situation and you certainly don’t know mine.

In 53 years I’ve been cheated on once. I disagree though - well I should say, I disagree with that for me. Not speaking for anyone else. No way would I take the blame for another’s actions, especially a woman! Lol Nope. If she “lost attraction” that’s her deal, not mine. No human is capable of being “attractive” 24/7. At any given time, anyone, especially a woman (with the attention they get) could use that excuse. “It’s his fault, He’s simply not attractive to me anymore.” Malarkey.

There’s also one that says, better to live on the corner of your roof than to live with a quarrelsome wife. 😂

It’s a sad day when you realize that many of the nightmarish stories talked about in this sub, can and often do apply to our sisters & moms too. My mom was most definitely the exception, in fact my dad left her with zilch after 20+ years of marriage (and he wasn’t wealthy prior to marriage), but do they apply to my sister? Oh hell yes they do!

Interesting. Sounds like you’re making the right moves. So the surrogacy thing. How do you plan on making that work? Have you looked into it? Is it tough finding a woman to carry for you? Would you simply adopt or go the route of finding a donor egg and a willing carrier? Just curious. I’m 53 and fixed and have 3 adult children. But if I were 5-10 yrs younger and not snipped, I’d seriously look into it. I’d only do it if I was financially able to hire a live-in nanny/Housekeeper.

I relate. I’m only 53 but my body is beat to heck. Tough walking from point a to b without grabbing furniture to steady myself. It’s all orthopedic stuff, nothing internal - thank God. I envy the spry energetic fit 60 year olds. Trying my damndest to right this ship so I can actually enjoy my MGTOW retired years.

Ya get that off a Panda Express fortune cookie?? Took a step in ‘93 that ended in a divorce in ‘07 that thoroughly messed me up in every sense of the word, for a long time. Kids paid a heavy price too. So yes, I happen to be doing much deliberating before taking another step in the area of marriage. Never had much use for Chinese proverbs anyway.

Ok. Good string here but I have a question. Lots of comments about American dating and not pursuing American women because of the shitty ROI, which I agree with. So for those making the comments, what’s your alternative? Are you taking trips overseas to test the waters in other countries? Online? I’m curious because I’ve been considering a trip to the Philippines or somewhere in the South Pacific, or a trip to Russia I have friends with wives from each country and they’re very happy and their ma…

Balance. I’m 52 and really didn’t discover RP concepts until 5+ years ago. Although I spent a lot of years in the Marine Corps so in many ways I was living RP but didn’t realize it. When it came to women though, and after giving my life to Christ in the early 90s, I thought the “nice guy” was what women wanted. Boy was I wrong. If I could change one thing in my life, it would’ve been living RP before serious dating and marriage. Marriage lasted 13 years and ended after the wife started lots of e…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
