True,but to have rehabilitation there must first be remorse and admitting fault. From what the article implies she has done neither. I'm all for rehabilitation and not locking up every felon for long periods of time but some people just won't be fixed. That's what the parole system in the US does. I've seen people get 5-15 years for similar crimes and get out on parole first chance because they cleaned up their act.
