I've had the same issue after every long break from social interactions. It's like this rust or cloud over your humour. The solution is to just keep banging away, keep saying one shitty joke after another while paying attention to how people react and in time you'll get your style back. Also watching stand up is a great way to learn a thing or two. Dave Chappelle, Louis CK and Bill Burr are all great in their own way and you can learn different things from each. Good luck, my guy.
