Brother I go to a nerdy cafe every week and can talk to almost anyone in there as they are all super friendly. Some new arty girls show up and I just asked what they were drawing and what they were doing was legitimately great! Asked about it then went about playing games with friends, low and behold one of the staff told me they had been asking for me when I wasn't there. As you have said, just be a genuine gentleman and people will respect that!

Agreed dude. Although, I do find some truth in improving confidence but it should be confidence through yourself not some facade to impress. I learned that I am more than capable of being the one doing the rejecting as I don't want something cheap with no real connection.

Good stuff man, it does work. I took out a great girl last week, had a great time made what I felt was the right moves. She kept planning to see me again and I kept slowing it down and teasing, first date n all. Then out of nowhere the next day doesn’t want to meet up again. Disaster but good confidence boost.

For me it’s where I live. I have a great job and plenty of hobbies but living in a small village in the middle of nowhere is a killer. I’ll be moving to one of the nearby cities in the new year and will give updates. I’ve used Tinder but find it’s nowhere near as good as actually talking to someone face to face.

Sounds like a gratitude journal style of thing! I started the year jobless and with a shit posture. Now I have an amazing job working with manufacturing luxury car parts and have just taken the first step onto the property ladder as well as hitting the gym lots and building muscle. I haven't got a woman yet but I feel so much more confident about myself now that approaching is "easier" now. Agreed. I started the year out with a shit posture and awful skin care. I got into the habit of going to the gym 4 times a week and fighting one night a week. To add to this i got a skin care routine and started styling my hair. The result? I started to feel more confident about myself and people started to notice my confidence more than my looks.
