Very good points. Thank you for not tearing me apart like some of these people lol. Wishing you the best

I hear what you’re saying. Thank you for the kind response. I could die in a car accident today. I’m still going to get in my car and drive to school and work. I want to take the risk. We both have educations and work full time right now. It is a journey but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t want to one day make enough so that we would both have excess income and she could stay home when our babies are little! I know she wants that and I do too. It’s probably a long shot but hey what do I have to …

Okay. I get it. Being a mother sucks really really bad and is a huge commitment/sacrifice to their partner and child. I aspire to be a man that can provide for my future wife. I love my gf and want her to be happy. I don’t want her to be my slave. I want to help raise kids alongside her. Thank you for all of these comments. It really will open my eyes to just how big of a sacrifice/sign of love my partner has for me if and when we decide to have children. Seriously thank you all. These comments …

This makes sense. I may be naive but I do want to become that man for my gf/future wife. I want to provide and I want to be there for her and our future family through everything. Part of what makes me so happy for the future isn’t about making more money for myself. It’s about making more money so that my wife and kids can be warm, well fed, and have bright futures. I just want us to be secure and happy! I’ll do my best to make that a reality

I live in LA we say Jesus Christ before anything under the sun lol. Yeah the world definitely has changed a lot. My perspective is that I love my partner so much that yes, I want to provide for us. I want her parents to know that I can take care of myself and that I can take care of her and our family. I need her just as much as she needs me. We both have unique talents and abilities. I can’t imagine trying to raise a family without her by my side. Idk. I shouldn’t have said or phrased things th…

I’m not upset. I’ve been humbled by all of the comments. I clearly am wrong in believing that most feminine women would rather stay at home with their kids for 3-5 years and put off their career instead of pursue a high earning career and push off the idea of having children. My ignorance is rooted in the fact that my mom had conversations with me where she said obviously if she had the choice, she would’ve stayed home with us. My girlfriend, who wants to be my wife, wants me to finish school an…

Thanks for your feedback. Now that you’re cursing me out, I’m done debating you. We see things differently. I’ve lived a life and you have too. You see things one way and I see them another. I’m done with this thread. Clearly people don’t agree with me. That’s fine! I respect all of your opinions.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/24 09:28 PM

This is doomsday mentality. Does this happen? Yes. But do car accidents happen and people are killed? Every single day. I’m still going to get in my car and go to work. Women fall in love with men every single day who are the sole breadwinners and can provide financially. These people raise children together and have open finances where each decision is a joint one. This idea that if a man provides for you, he’s going to leave you in 15 years and you’re going to have nothing is ludicrous. Women …
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/24 09:26 PM

Well that’s the golden question. Maybe I’m completely wrong and most women would absolutely be okay with providing for a man. I haven’t seen this to be the case in reality. Most straight feminine women cannot respect a man who isn’t as smart or as high earning as them. I had a lawyer as a roommate when I first moved to LA. We had many conversations and she absolutely could not date a man seriously who didn’t have an education and earned just as much if not more than her because her ultimate goal…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/24 09:20 PM

Yes it absolutely is true. You don’t talk to a lot of straight women who are being honest if you think this is true. I know dozens of women who are actively seeking out and filtering men based on career and education. Most straight feminine women are.

That’s your opinion. Mine is that most women want a high earning man so that they have options. Women desire a successful partner much more than men do.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/24 09:15 PM

Jesus Christ. Im saying IF GIVEN THE CHOICE. Not once have I said that “this is the way things work” If given the choice HYPOTHETICALLY women would choose a high earning partner that gives them the freedom to pursue anything they want to do whether that’s working on a career they truly love, raising children, or both

Yes most people including my parents and my girlfriend’s parents both worked and raised us together. Our dads were much less involved than our mothers but both moms worked. Most people don’t have the choice. I’m arguing that GIVEN THE CHOICE, most women would rather have the option to stay at home and most men would rather have the option to provide. It’s what gives most straight people purpose. Again, not all but most. Obviously this isn’t the case. I’ve highlighted in every single one of my co…

I’m saying in a vacuum let’s say you have two men. Same height, same personality, same face, same family, same chemistry. One is a doctor who earns over 300k a year and is progressing year after year in his career. The other is a software salesman who is lucky to clear 80. 10 out of 10 women will choose option A.

Well this will be a very hot take but this is just my opinion. I think it goes against our nature. It’s tough for men to find purpose if they’re not providing for their family and children. Most women don’t find the same purpose in venturing out and killing the deer and dragging it home for hubby and kids to eat. Most women find purpose in nurturing and raising the children. Men find purpose in keeping their wife and their kids warm and well fed. Women find purpose in nurturing their children an…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/24 09:03 PM

Reddit isn’t reality. Most straight feminine women want men that earn enough to provide for both him and her. I cannot believe this is a hot take. This is well known and has been true for centuries.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/24 08:56 PM

Sorry I don’t understand
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/24 08:53 PM

Because most straight feminine women cannot respect a man who earns little to nothing and wants to be a stay at home dad. Yes there are exceptions. But more often than not, women expect you to make just as much if not more than them and be totally financially independent and at the very least making steps/progress towards becoming so
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/24 08:52 PM

All great points. I said most straight feminine women. I also prefaced this as my opinion. This is the internet. Of course people will chime in and say they’re different. Obviously there are tons of women who would rather work. I’m arguing that most would rather raise children who’s supporting their partner in other ways than finances. This is why almost all women if given the choice would choose educated high earning men.

Dating apps have changed the world. Women desire quality. As a result, most women on dating apps have set incredibly high expectations of men. It used to be your social circle that you found love within. Now, any women with a phone can filter thousands and thousands of men in her city based on height/education/income/and looks. She has more options at her fingertips than any of her ancestors could dream of. Women are biologically programmed to select the highest quality mate. Men are biologicall…

Being a mom is no joke. However I personally believe that most straight feminine women if given the choice, would rather stay at home with 1-2 kids for 5-8 years until they’re in grade school than pursue a high paying career. People don’t understand just how much works it takes to become the sole breadwinner. We’re talking 4 years of undergrad and 9 times out of 10 post graduate school. Years of 10-12 hour days and lots and lots of late nights. Being a mom for most straight feminine women is a g…

Generally speaking yes. You really see this with women nearing their 40s who demand men who make tons of money. The older (single) women get, the more likely they are to shame men (out of insecurity)

I was at a bar last night watching the game. There were a lot of VERY beautiful women in the joint. I live in LA and this is pretty normal especially on the westside. However, there was this cute (not sexy) girl running tables. She wasn’t wearing any makeup, had jeans that didn’t really fit her, and a messy bun. I couldn’t stop myself from checking her out. When I asked for a drink, she gave me a warm smile and seemed like such a genuinely nice person. There were probably 30-40 absolute bombshel…

/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 08:43 PM

What do you mean you “can’t” Technically, you can do whatever you want. You just have to deal with the consequences of whatever action you choose. These “terrible things” that will happen to you if you respectfully flirt with a woman (as in smile and playfully tease her about something while always knowing when to walk away) are a myth. If you make a woman uncomfortable and cause negative escalations to happen I would argue that in THE REAL WORLD, these escalations have less to do with the physi…

All women want men to approach them like a guy would in a movie. Not coming off too strong but at the same time building sexual tension. But here’s the key: The man HAS to be attractive. What’s funny is that most men (Redditors especially) are expecting something to happen to them like in the movies as well. The smart, awkward, weird guy that is abrasive and socially inept lands the total Stacy with girl next door vibes that for some reason falls hopelessly in love with him. Both men and women h…

First of all, careers don’t mean shit when it comes to sexual attractiveness. It just adds to an already sexually attractive males attractiveness. Women are actually quite horny believe it or not and are very willing to have sex. I would advise men to exercise their testosterone in positive ways. Work your ass off at work. Get in early and stay late. Kick ass and focus on doing the absolute best job you can whether that’s flipping burgers or flipping companies at a private equity firm. Work your…

Wrong. Women would rather work 40 hour weeks and live on their own, travel, and hook up with attractive men when they need a lay than marry an ugly dwarf who makes good money. It’s not 1700 anymore. Women would rather be single with freedom than marry a guy they have zero attraction towards.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 04:17 PM

I highly disagree with this. Don’t be “the guy that ____” Have passions and hobbies but don’t make these passions and hobbies your personality. Unless you’re making BIG money doing these things, I’m going to guess that women find it unattractive if your personality is wrapped up in materialistic things and activities. Ideally, you could take a piece of ALL of the men you described above. I think the man that could relate to all of the above men would have a way wider net of potential partners to…

I don’t know what it’s like to be involuntarily celibate but I have been in situations as a guy where I’ve been “rejected” in this way. It’s not fun when someone you were genuinely into uses you for sex a few times and then let’s you know they’re going to date someone else they’ve been seeing. She travels with her boyfriend and does fun things in the city while only ever inviting you over later at night to “watch a movie” or “chill” during the week. You’re lucky if you get to go out to a bar. Bo…

Confidence in women’s minds equates to competence. Competence and self awareness is the sweet spot most straight feminine women are looking for. Generally speaking if you’re arrogant and not self aware, women will find you incredibly unattractive. No matter how hot and rich you are. Finding the sweet spot of confidence and self awareness is tricky for most men. The men that DO find this sweet spot have women from all walks of life falling for them.
