It's retaliation. It's not all about perspective, it's also about a "reasonable use of force" and whether a "reasonable person" would perceive a threat. Right, but he escalated it, so it doesn't matter if she instigated it. Neither one is in the right. You have skin for a reason. Also, I believe you meant biological weapon.
