Depends on how your face holds fat. I'm personally lucky in that my face doesn't really hold much fat so I stay a little higher body fat (~16-18%) and look big in clothes. It also works out because I live in a state that is cold/rainy 9 months out of the year anyways. I do usually cut down to about 12% for the summer though when it is nice to have abs for the beach.

The gym may not be the best place to hit straight cold approaches, but if you're getting clear IOI's there is never an incorrect context to approach. Remember, watch actions not words. No problem, If you want to change things up a bit every now and again for the sake of having some variety then maybe vary some accessory movements, but no matter what keep on hitting the big 4 compounds (squat, bench, row, deadlift).

Honestly, for a newbie this really isn't that important. "Shocking the muscle" and constantly switching up your training routine isn't really necessary until you've been CONSISTENTLY lifting for 4+ years. At your stage as someone who's only been lifting for a year, I'd stick with the same routine for 6 months at a time and really only focus on progressive overload and DIET. Worry about getting in the frat first. During rush week most of the girls there will know you're a rush and won't touch you. Once you're in though it will be easy. I lived in a frat for four years and its ridiculous how easy it is to get laid at frat parties while barely trying.

People are probably just gonna chalk it up to celebrities being blue pilled but imagine as an A or even B list celebrity the spotlight you're under constantly being in the public image. Hell even though they've been divorced for 15 years you still see headlines daily about Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston and some bullshit story about a "reunion". I agree, even if she's in your frame and the submissive type it WILL create resentment if you make it seem like she can't go on trips with her girlfriends but you can with your guy friends. If its something you're really not comfortable with you just shouldn't be in the LTR.

Depending on the trip I can see why. I was once considering making a FWB an LTR until she one day went on about how she and her girls love their annual girl trips to Vegas to do nothing besides club and go to pool parties. No way in hell I'd LTR a girl who is the type of person that needs to take a trip ANNUALLY to vegas to club lol.
