The way I see it, it's usually a test. If they are chasing, they will probably urge to make plans with you. If not, it's up to you to be proactive and do it. A simple "I miss you too" (if you mean it), along with some step forward for interaction is usually good.

Don't go alone. or get to know the bartenders and regulars. One thing I have noticed when I go out with friends and girls is that they are impressed when you're constantly running into people you know. I suppose it makes guys look "popular" and want to know more. -shrug-

[FR] ...an improvement? The posture definitely helped at the party tonight. I just arrived back to my house about half an hour ago. I'm new to this, but I believe that the improved focus on my posture changes the way I walk and sit and maybe even dance. I'm sure it made a difference to others, too. I saw plenty of people look at me dance with some girls (although it's probably that I know Gangnam Style a little too well).
