The reason being, at least in America, it's a lot harder to get into medical school for an Asian student as opposed to a black student. The Asian student would have to excel far and above in order to be selected, whereas the black student may have had a boost from the system due to racial quotas. Now, does this mean every Asian doctor is amazing? No. Does it mean all black doctors are incompetent? Hell no. Not saying Trump supporters haven't responded violently or by lashing out, but they also don't typically go and incite these types of situations at other candidates rallies. There've been a lot of cases of anti-Trump protestors at Trump rallies being the instigators, whereas i'm pretty sure I haven't seen a single pro-Trump "protest". At least that's how i interpreted /u/catbotherer's comment. And I'm inclined to agree so far, the only people who have disrupted a Sanders or Clinton rally have been the Black Lives Matter people. Meanwhile opponents of Trump have been kicking and screaming at almost all of his rallies so far
