1	How do you internalize? It was the first time being fully aware. I went total BP with girl right before this one which made me fully get into the red pill. I told myself that I wouldn’t fall for it and would keep my red pill mindset locked in before I got into this thing with this girl, but I ended up saying fuck it and getting comfortable. 1	How do you internalize? I might have to. I went full monk mode for about 7-8 months before starting college. I don’t think I’ve ever been happier, I lost 40 pounds and got really into bodybuilding. I was so happy, but I had a bad mindset since I was doing it for all the girls I’d eventually get in college, which did happen, but my beta tendencies came back	/r/askTRP	13/01/19 04:10 AM
1	How do you internalize? I always start out as being the alpha chad as I genuinely don’t care in the beginning. I end up catching feelings and it really comfortable. I’m a good looking guy and usually maintain my alpha frame, but I lose it when I get drunk as I’m sort of an alcoholic in college and say a bunch of shit I shouldn’t.
