| 1 | Are muscles over rated?Yeah some people are upset because there’s no way to change that genetic part about oneself. However, it’s much easier to retain muscle than to build it. There’s many bodybuilders/hobbyists (men and women) in their mid 40s and above who don’t train as much/hard as they used to but still look impressive and are very healthy (huge chunk of them never even touched PEDs).
