Record. Get lots. Talk to the principal first. Be diplomatic. No anger. If you can have other students able and willing to back you up. If the principal won't listen email principal, school board, local papers, Facebook pages for school, etc there recordings and your concerns and the fact that you tried to talk to the principal but they wouldn't take action. Always be fair and without anger or emotion. Calmer your are the worse they will make themselves look if they try anything untoward. If the…

They last forever too. Be good in college and future schooling, at lectures and such. Heck I have used mine at a previous job where the management was crap. Tell you one thing, then do another. They should take statements from both sides and if you're calm and her not, that and actually have damage (bruising on your groin and her footprints/shoe marks on the kicked door) it should be easy to have go your way. If it doesn't go your way at least there is a record. I'd also set up a hidden cam in the room if you plan on staying along with locks for when you're not there.

Guilty until proven innocent for the sake of the child. This is government idiocracy at its finest. Unless they have proof he was notified when original papers were filled saying he was the father, this needs to be tossed out of court.

The father was concerned this guy was kidnapping his daughter. Maybe keep an eye on your kid so they don't get lost and need help in the first place..... That idiot, the father, needs to be neutered. I pity his kids growing up with a mental twit like that for a parental figure.
