That depends on the weight, and how good my endurance is. I think you're confusing cardio (hard sprints) with aerobic (steady jog you can keep up for an hour) I can definitely do arm curls with 40lb dumbbells for longer than than I can maintain a full out sprint (cardio)

No, it's entirely true. Cardio burns more fat than aerobic activities. Fat, carbs, and protein are all calories, true. You can lose weight by burning more calories than you consume, but to burn FAT, you gotta do some cardio or consume nothing but protein and walk around with dog breath. It's not really rocket science, but maybe that's why my minor was physiology
