You might want to take a closer look at that. I haven't seen the specific law in Arkansas, but I do know that a lot of states can have an age of consent law that says that someone can have sex when they're 16. But that doesn't mean that someone who is over 18 is allowed to have sex with them. A lot of times the age of consent just means with someone else your age.
