I assume you have similar issues with both guys and girls; maybe try talking to guys if girls are too hard, then move to girls later. Maybe you’re not at a point where you are able to approach girls yet, so learn how to start conversations online. Once you can do that easily, move to calling on the phone. The whole point was to get you out of your head and into the game, to avoid what you’re in now. Make sure to make the effort, but don’t become outcome dependent.
