I'd be interested in such a post. I live and breath my career at the moment (and foreseeable future.)

You guys are arguing over semantics. Suffice to say narcissism/ego is the unhealthy side of the coin while confidence is the other. I think there is so much confusion because most of the guys that come here are blue pill as fuck, so their idea of 'confidence' still incorporates a bunch of blue pill shit. To break this mold, this sub teaches that incorporating some narcissistic tendencies can be a helpful way to get over it. That said, if you take narcissism too far, it turns you into a shit pers…

Eh, I think you're reaching for a conclusion there. You could make the case that feminism is more a byproduct of a wealthy nation and wealthy nations tend to be christian. I don't think Christianity, specifically, has that much to do with it. I prefer to just call it what it is, Ignorance.

Sure being president's probably pretty easy. Being a good president is the most difficult job on the planet. As citizens, it's the latter that we should be concerned about when it comes to choosing a candidate.

It must be so comforting for you to live in a world where "social dynamics" can solve any problem.

Horseshit. The guy's a brilliant marketer, no doubt, but his ability to appeal to the masses in what is basically a glorified theatrical performance has almost no bearing on his actual ability to lead the country. Nothing about him suggests that he actually knows what's best for our country.

Are you referring to Art of the Deal?

I remember reading Steppenwolf by Hesse back in high school. I had the most trouble as a tenth grader understanding exactly what it was the guy was trying to say (archaic prose aside) but I remember being incredibly interested nonetheless. I've had that book on my reading list for a minute now, and intend to go back to it now that I'm older. What's the glassbead game about?

Maybe he was such an asshole to teach you that you NEEDED to break free. I used to think of my dad in similar terms as you, but the older I get, the more I'm thankful that he was such a dick when I was younger because it helped me realize that I don't like to take shit from anybody. If he'd coddled me like a lot of my BP friends dads did to them, I'd probably be a loser like a lot of my BP friends are. I like to think that my dad has been my first and best teacher of the lesson, "Nobody is on yo…

I know very little about the financial sector and the possible career paths. What is the difference between a stockbroker and a trader?

I'm of the opinion that betas, by definition, are everlasting. Alphas are your top 10 or 20 percent and betas are the lower 90 or 80. You can only have so many winners, before the rest become losers. This is why it's important to always be improving one's self, because there is a community of aware men 100,000 strong on the internet in addition to everyone else that isn't a total pussy on this planet.

Maybe at first, but the price (and size and production time) of tech decreases exponentially. Eventually guys will be able to get their sex fix for the price of a cheap cellphone.

I would argue that vocal tonality and emotional expression are byproducts of an interesting conversation. If you are enjoying the conversation, your expressions will take care of themselves.

From what I understood, OP was afraid to have sex due to inexperience. However, the only real way to gain sexual experience is by having sex. So, he got over his fears, told himself that he would learn from the experience and fucked the HB.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
