There will be times when you're in the mood and times when you're not. The goal should be to do it regardless of mood. This is my thoughts currently.

What if the other person is also shy though?

I wanted to answer if you are looking for ways to end, say thanks for your time. End it how you usually end conversation and walk away or move away. I usually feel awkward ending the conversation especially when I'm at the bus stop. Now I just focus on something else even when I do feel a bit anxious. It helped a lot. And someone told me to approach three people a day. It could be safe people at first. For example a bus driver or a barista or a store clerk. Then you can challenge yourself to say…

Thanks for the response. I agree. Do you services and if so what are your prices and plans?

Can you share a few examples of when you first started how you got over the initial hesitation and what you did to get over the fear? I know to do things despite being afraid but if you tried a different approach to deal with the fear of rejection or the fear of approach, can you share? Today I saw a lady who had an interesting outfit on and I said she looks nice. When she responded I noticed that she could possibly be from a different country other than America because she had an accent, howeve…

Yeah but if you practice social skills it will become natural. Plus it will improve your life drastically. Social skills are not only for women but work, networking, etc. I agree that you shouldn't put all your effort in attracting women however you need to put in some effort in it. With everything attracting women is a skill.

Try yoga or other exercises that are less strenuous.

How about your mindset?

This sounds like something to try. I was told to start saying hi to at least 3 women a day. I have my off days where I don't seem to want to do it but I am trying to at least push myself a little. For example yesterday I was flowing. Today not so much. Who knows the day is not over. I might just try tonight. Thanks for the idea.

I understand now. I agree with you. I just want to say sometimes it could be overwhelming because I tried to always force myself. This is good advice. Thanks.

I posted earlier about speaking to three people a day. I agree that you should genuinely be interested and I have a hard time with being consistent. I don't like forcing myself to do things because it comes off wrong however waiting for the right moment will also hinder progress. I'm not sure if that's what you mean and I am just assuming. I just believe that if you can do it when feeling uncomfortable then you don't have an issue when you're confident. You won't always hit the mark yet the more…

I agree but it's good to socialize with girls in between. I believe your other comment said your friends did get girls despite everything good going for them yet have they thought about changing locations? For example another city or country. In NYC I don't do well yet in Atlanta I feel a bit more comfortable and confident. It's like a whole other energy. I bring this up because I follow a few dating coaches online. I pay for advice and it has helped me see things differently. I haven't done a c…

Have you tried changing your situation? What are you working on? I would like to know how old you are? Big guys get love from women too.

Try to make some friends and go out to socialize. Try talking to at least 1-3girls a day regardless of looks. It will get you in a habit of socializing with women. Join some events. You said school empty can you go to other places?

As someone in a similar experience minus the too white part although I am a bit nerdy. If you're a nerd look up attractive nerds who you can possibly imitate their look. Work out. Build social skills. Start with trying to communicate with women without the intent of dating. Practice speaking with men too. If you get comfortable talking to people it would be easier to speak with your crush. Find some hobbies. Try new things. Your style is not good, try modeling. Practice Improve. Do public speaki…

I don't know how to attract women sexually. Extremely nice. Shy. Can be a bit boring when it comes to conversation and I have low self-esteem. I am also clueless when it comes to choosing signals. A bit perverted and suffered a bad childhood which I am trying to let go. I am trying to learn which requires a lot of effort but I am not giving up. Biggest fear is being with someone who is ran through and tries to act brand new because I am clueless about relationships.

That's cool. I always wanted to do porn, but now I want something different. Did they teach you tricks to be a better lover?

I agree with you. A lot of people who have a lot of sex says you should focus on your life and it's not worth it. But they been through a lot of women and is at the point of not concerning themselves with sex. They however don't consider the person who have it hard and would like to have it at least once to experience it. Life is hard and some people are better with women then others. I know it is disappointing that you aren't getting anywhere but don't give up. I am in a similar situation as yo…

I wouldn't advise op to stay friendly to this chick because she could use him for attention. How about staying respectful but move on? I think that would be better.

Congrats on losing your v card. Try to do it often so you can recognize patterns of success and failure. This way you can better your approach. Then you can tell with ease from experience on how to sexually escalate.

I disagree. This is s seduction reddit. That is what you should post on here. What if a woman post about her encounter with a man. Would you say the same?

Thanks for the suggestion. Will give it a shot.

Great courage. I applaud you for going outside your comfort zone. Keep it up. I wished I was like you. I want to do the same but I get scared. I like how you allowed yourself to approach when you feel comfortable. A man I admire who is very sociable said I should do it. I start to over think what I will say and my mind start ruminating then I don't or when I do say something my words become confusing. I wish I was in the same city as you. I hope you keep at it.

I would buy your book. I am currently trying to become more attractive yet I do not have a model to look at. Meaning I do not know my style. I would like a woman to approach however I need certain traits, and good bait. I am shy and it had worked when I was younger but I am not young anymore so I need to improve my game. I am a bit friendly but I do not know how to sexually attract a woman. Working on oneself as a man is important yet I find it challenging. And you are right about the mindset. I…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
