There are two bits of evidence I don't think you brought up which support your claims: BDSM demographics and 'end-game' BDSM. I don't have the exact numbers for this, but if I had to guess the break down for each gender by bdsm orientation, it would be the following: 50% MDom, 20% MSwitch, 30% MSub for men, and then 70% FSub, 20% FSwitch, and 10% FDom for women.
