We’re still on the hook for 18 yrs of child support. As is the mother. Two people with a kid neither of them want, one has to take a heavy physical toll, and the only other option is to give the kid up to an atrocious foster/adoption system. Agreed. The terminally online are kind of ruining internet communication for the rest of us. And of course nobody ever seems to think anything undesirable in their life might be their own fault- it's always an external and oppressive force that completely removes their agency.
