Every state and country has varying laws - I suggest you start googling it based on where you will divorce to understand what your levers are. Either way - the higher earners gets the short end of the stick in many cases. The laws are usually designed around protecting spouses who take time off work to support the family. The longer you wait the more painful divorce will be as the higher earner. I am in a very similar income difference as you and I almost had the courage to leave just before COVID but my parents convinced me to try and fix it and then COVID hit which made it much harder to work through. I am sorry you are going through this. That level of pettiness is ridiculous. The only thing that would get me through it is knowing that your child will see this and realize wheat type of person their other parent is as they get older.
