I made a post couple weeks back talking about how i felt that this sub was encouraging some very bad ideas about women, relationships, dating, and, well, seduction. Made it very clear I wanted a discussion about it. Got taken down without explanation, one of the mods simply responded with a detailed argument for why I was wrong. Maybe I was wrong but I feel like it was an important discussion.

Made a similar post that was pretty controversial that got taken down, didn’t even tell me why just gave me a lengthy reply to show how I was “wrong” maybe I was, but why do the kids get to take whatever they want down just bc they disagree. This sub is an absolute disaster.

Definitely not all the time lol, I asked a guy out and he ghosted me. Confessed my feelings to another and he said he wasn’t interested “at the moment.” I’m not hideous, slightly overweight, but I’d say I am pretty funny and not a piece of plastic. I have ambitions and goals. But I’ve never been on a date. So no not 100% of the time.

I think I have some hope bc I somehow ended up with a father who is like that. He views my mom and many others like partners and equals. I have some hope their out there and if my mom could marry one, so can I lol. I have many pets, I still crave companionship.

Yes. I don’t think all the guys in this sub or in the world are pigs who only care about sex and looks, but some, and often many, here are. So I was criticizing the dehumanization of women in this sub by some of its members. I definitely am to myself if no one else.

Hmm, it’s probably bc I haven’t really analyzed what I think, I kinda just spewed random thoughts I’ve had out on my screen. Just about any girl wants to be kissed (not literally but “romanced” for lack of a better word) unless she (1) gave you explicit indication that she isn’t into you (2) watch her body language, nervous body language, pulling away, not engaging you. Otherwise go for it flirt, touch her and don’t worry so much about what she thinks, she’ll let you know if she isn’t ok with it.

I’m a woman who joined this sun bc i was curious. But I, personally, gravitate toward certain men for many reasons that can’t be judged on an anonymous forum. Demeanor, temperament, how they hold themselves, background (if there is one), but most importantly (as I’ve realized bc of this sub) how they make me feel. Additionally, it’s impossible to know for anyone- if I knew you I could pin point it. Even a picture might do it- and it might not be because of looks.
