But I think asking for special rights and considerations is how you actually make progress on the issues your mentioned in the modern age. Feminism doesn't make progress by taking a measured issues-first approach. They use the issues as evidence of their oppression, and their oppression is a reason they deserve restorative and punitive justice. I am sort-of doing this today, though how you describe it is not how I am pitching it. I have begun running a space in real life that affirms there is a space for people who feel like I do about the circumcision issue in the community. My feelings are obviously against circumcision. The events are open to guys and girls. I have had great success / attendance in the limited number of events I have run so far. I hope to continue doing it, I find it really positive and fulfilling.

In my understanding that is correct, Feminism says we should encourage more girls to go work on oil rigs and earn the higher wage. To whatever extend social stigma contributes to women deciding to not go work on oil rigs, that stigma should be removed. And it seems obvious there is more stigma for women to go into jobs like that then men, and that social stigma at least partially explains why there are less women in field.

Don't really care what word you use to describe me. I support issues that disproportionately impact women, and because of that I use the word feminist to describe myself. Seems like that would be a common usage of the word if you ask me. But if you don't want to use the word that way, be my guest and don't. I am who I am and believe what I believe regardless of labels. I probably fit best into your definition of egalitarianism

Lol, I'm cut and I (reasonably) have taken it very hard. I've been in some really bad head spaces because of it, and had some incredibly difficult conversations with my parents and my religious-ish (religion that supports circumcision) girlfriend about it. ???? I support issues that disproportionately impact women. I support issues that disproportionately impact men. I just support social issues to improve people's lives, period. How do you figure I can't do both? How do you figure its so obvious its a paradox?

I'm a feminist. Don't know what you mean by "hardcore," but I definitely take issues like sexual assault seriously and acknowledge that that issue disproportionately impacts women. I'm also a man, so unless I am mistaken of my own motives, I stand to gain no personal benefit at all, unless I guess I am for instance sexually assaulted which is a non-zero chance. While I really enjoyed the important social issues you highlight here, I will caution against being adversarial to movements or language that many people find dear. Fighting for serious and impactful social issues need not be adversarial toward any other group or movement. Being dismissive of feminism or other common vernacular like "toxic masculinity," while an interesting academic investigation I think misses the point, and from an optics perspective shuts off a majority of people from likely …
