I’m making an argument for the idea that standard male haircuts tend to be shorter than female haircuts. I’m not talking about moral standards those should be consistent, but men and women are different. A standard haircut for a man is considerably shorter than a standard haircut for a woman. Women in turn must wear their hair in buns and I don’t mean cute buns lol. As a woman, I don't think it's such a bad thing to have different standards. I talked with some family members and other people who have served and their general consensus was that a traditional classic haircut for women tends to be around shoulder length whereas for men it’s much shorter. But it’s not like women have their hair blowing in the wind or have fun ponytails. We have to wear buns and keep it that way.
