If I could no longer feel horny or be sexual I’d do it in an instant.

Do women carry their fat more aesthetically than men? I’m regularly confused by how much a woman weighs. Im a healthy weight not lean but healthy, and I’ll see women who have 40lbs on me at the same hight yet have flat stomachs and look good in a bikini. I look nothing like that. I also have way more muscle than these women.

Logically I know I’d look worse in the end and be less healthy, but they say incremental improvements over time bring more happiness than already being at a level. Idk if I’m explaining that well, like people are proven to be more happy in total if they make a smaller salary but it keeps increasing every year vs a larger overall salary that is stagnant.

Ever wish you were morbidly obese or obese at one point so you could lose it all and feel significancy better looking? Cause I do, I’ve been “fit” my entire life so there nothing to hope for or to look forward too best I can do is small incremental adjustments or surgery

A lot of “fitness” accounts on tik tok show up in my feed. Whenever they talk about calories, at least a dozen women comment “this triggered my ED” then you click their page and they are morbidly obese. They really conquered that shit.

I’m so tired of people acting like they weight lift for health. Weight lifting does so little to improve your health you could weight lift moderately for 1 day a week and you’ve maxed out your health benefits. It also barely does anything to help you lose weight. Cardio on the other hand, almost always improves your health.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
