I admit, it might came over like this over text, but this really stung. I am upset, trust me, I am just trying to be rational in this post.

Yeah, I think either that or just go completely cold. If she would have been upfront about it cool, but that is kinda salty, anyway. For yourself I would keep living my life and next her for now, often they reach out to your first, too.

Lol, I guess this post might be useless for some especially advanced guys but maybe someone will benefit from it and see the AWALT-lesson in there. EDIT: Also kinda edited the post to avoid having it seem like bragging which it really shouldn't be, as for me it was a really valuable lesson and another factor that strengthens my RP views and will help me avoid something like this in the future.

You`re welcome. It is truly amazing. It is one of those books I couldn't put down and am actually really sad to have finished because it was really interesting and it is just an awesome story that ended.

Just read Arnold Schwarzeneggers biography Total Recall. Recommend it fully. The man has transformed his life from nothing into becoming the best bodybuilder, movie star, rich with real estate, and governor. Big motivation and insides into how such a successfull person thinks. Also he is pretty red pill and knows how to handle women.

I haven't been drinking for over a year. It is easy as fuck. Never know what everybody found so nice about alcohol. I never was the coma drinking guy. I do not want to rely on anything to make me more social. I want to be the absolute best version of myself. It is just that society tells you, you need to drink. It is normal. People look at your weird if you don't drink. They try to pressure you into it. They want to know why. Yet no one can tell my why they drink. Fuck what some dudes tell you i…

Yeah of course. Trying is the only way to find out for sure.

I thought about this, too. I guess you have to sacrifice something if you want to do that. Like either you sacrifice the MMA practice and do strenghttraining and bodybuilding or you go into MMA and train strictly the basic strength training moves while you sacrifice more bodybuilding-high-rep type of training.

I could definetly push myself mentally to do this. It's just that I feel like I would actually get negative results like stalling at the gym and not making any progress.

I also wanted to do this and I probably will when I finally move to a city with some good schools but I always wonder how you can do both as a natural. I mean as a natural if you train very hard many times a week you already only have limited recovery. If you add martial arts practice it will be even harder. I guess you'll get adapted to that in some time but what really the problem is for me, is that it will take up even more time. If you already lift, this takes time and if you add mma practic…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
