That's because unlike what women believe. Tall doesn't mean healthy. There is too much wear and tear on the body. Higher chance of cancer. Tall guys even have a higher chance of catching corona. Back problems. 5'6" 5'8" is like the optimal body size and that's what it used to be throughout most of mankind. It is only because of women's sexual desire for tall guy that there are taller guys.

Heightism. Women only want 6 feet tall guy. You can be more handsome, wealthier, intelligent, fun and better in every respect but sluts will always pick the taller guy. Impressing their friends with a taller guy is more important than anything else.
